This includes but is not limited to information you provide when you register to use our Site, subscribe to our service, participate in any social media functions on our Site and when you report a problem with our Site. The information you give us may include your name, address, date of birth, e-mail address, location and phone number, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media addresses, financial and credit card information, any details supplied in any other content which you upload to our Site and personal description and photograph.
Information we collect about you. With regard to each of your visits to our Site we may automatically collect the following information:
technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet, location, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform;

Business partners, including, suppliers, sub-contractors and service providers (including advertising) which are required and reasonably necessary for them to provide the Site and its services to you;
Analytics and search engine providers who assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our Site;
Other Parties. We may share anonymised data with other parties;
If Better World Creative Ltd is involved in sale of the BIG Picture artwork, merger, acquisition, dissolution, liquidation or bankruptcy then, we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets; and
Legal Requests. If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our Terms of Website Use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Better World Creative Ltd, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
Where we store your personal data
The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, stored at and/or processed at a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will use all reasonable technological and operational methods to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and, although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Site. Any transmission is at your own risk.

We acknowledges that in accordance with The General Data Protection Regulation 2016 and the guidance of the EU Article 29 Working Party, we process personal data and we are the data controller.
GOOD NEWS BIG will at all times comply with its data protection obligations under the GDPR, in keeping with the six core principles of GDPR that personal data shall be:
Processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner (Lawfulness, Fairness and Transparency)
Collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purpose (Purpose Limitation)
Adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed (Data Minimisation)
Accurate and where necessary kept up to date (Accuracy)
Kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed (Storage Limitation)
Processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical and organisational measures (Integrity and Confidentiality).

Legitimate interests with Non members involved in Reports and Contact forms is to allow processing of reports and resolution of the problems contained within the reports and contact forms.
Data may be transferred to service providers in non EEA countries under the legal basis of "Contract" any data transferred out of the EU, either to or by the service provider, is transferred and processed in a manner compliant with GDPR requirements.
Your personal information will remain on our live server until you decide to delete your account. At that point:
All of your member's content on the site will be removed from public view, with the exception of your goBIGs (user content added to the BIG Picture artwork). GoBIGs will not be deleted or taken down once they have been added to the BIG Picture artwork. Please see our Terms of Website Use, Content Policy and Privacy Policy. After your account has been deleted, your goBIGs will display "Member Privacy" and they will no longer link to your Gallery page.
Your Gallery Page, Newspaper page, Activity feed and password will be deleted.
Unless you are involved in reports, disputes, or other communications with us, all of your personal user data will be removed from our live servers.
Your minimal membership data will be retained for the duration of your contract with us for copyright purposes and compliance with our legal obligations. This information will be retained on an archive database after you delte your account.

List of goBIGs added to the BIG Picture artwork
The personal data of users involved in reports, disputes, or other communications with us, will remain live on our servers, but will not be visible or accessible on our website. This is necessary to allow us to deal with issues that have been raised in Reports, disputes or communications with us, regarding, for example, Terms of Website Use, rights to privacy, intellectual property rights and other rights.
Data Subject Access Request, Rectification Requests, Erasure Requests, Restriction to Processing Requests, Objection to Processing requests can be made by submitting a Report form to us on the Site, using category Account Admin. Simply write out your request in the "Outline your Request" box or you can use the Site Contact form ("Report Something" category). We will comply with your request within 30 days.
We will not comply with DSARs made by anyone other than the data subject him/herself. All data relating to any individuals other than the maker of the request will be redacted. We will consider whether our legal obligations require any data held by us to be kept confidential.
You can consent or retract your consent to your data being processed with regards to receiving promotional material from us or third parties on your settings page.
Almost all of your personal data on our Site has been provided by you. If you go to your settings page you can can edit, hide or delete much of this information for your self at any time. Please go to Help, Settings Page, for more information about how to do that.
You have the right to submit a complaint to the relevant Data Protection Supervisory Authority (i.e. DPC or the ICO).
We do not currently use automated decision making profiling.

The Smile Project is too big to allow you to pick a square easily so we have broken it down to 625 (25 x 25) blocks of 1600 squares (40 x 40)
Once you commit a goBIG (and it's been moderated) it cannot be changed
Moderation failures will be notified by email, and give you a link to rectify
The "Browse Zone" allows you to see across zoom2 area borders
The tags are buttons on each goBIG - explore!
